James VICKERY was born in England,
and emigrated to Moreton Bay, Queensland,
on the 'Truro', in 1856, aged 37 years.
He met Mary Ann COX, who was 15 at the time, in Uralla, NSW.
James and Mary Ann never married, but had 13 children.
Four children were registered as VICKERY and nine were registered as COX.
All were raised as VICKERY.

He married Esther Jane FULLER 18 July 1900 in Uralla, NSW.
She was born 1883 in Lithgow, NSW, the daughter of George & Mary,
and died 23 June 1944 in Uralla, NSW.

Daphne Doris VICKERY was born 2 March 1902 in Uralla, NSW
and died 1990 in Uralla, NSW.
She married Lloyd Joseph FRANCIS 3 July 1926 in
St John's Church of England, Deepwater Severn Shire, NSW.
He was born 14 June 1894, in Rocky River, NSW
and died in Rocky River 26 September 1964.

Jean FRANCIS was born 8 July 1928 in Uralla, NSW
and died 11 August 1986 in Bellambi, NSW.
She married Harvey Hilton SKEWES in 1951 in Uralla, NSW.
He was born 4 July 1927 in Uralla, NSW,
and died 14 February, 1994 in Wollongong, NSW.
He was the son of Cuthbert George SKEWES and Violet FERRIS.
